You will then travel on to Locorotondo, known for its wines as well as its historic circular center. With a fine snack and Pugliese wine you will discover this beautiful city. We combine the light lunch with an olive oil tasting in a masseria near beautiful Ostuni. And as if your tongue wasn’t caressed enough this day, you’ll taste the Italian cucina during a wine tasting with various bites.
Day 3: Enjoying the good taste
Today you won’t just taste, but get to work creating the finest flavors yourself. We will start with a salami tasting where you will also taste the traditional Capocollo of Martina Franca, which is very well known in Puglia and all over Italy. After lunch we travel back to Ostuni -the famous white town- where you will be chauffeured around in a classic Ape Calessino. This will give you access to all the monumental areas. The main course of the day will be your own, as you will attend a cooking workshop on typical Italian flavors under the passionate guidance of some chefs. Who will prepare the most delicious appetizer?
Dag 4: arriverdecci Italia
These gastronomic days fly by and on day four it’s time to head back to the Netherlands. But not before your party takes a surprise cooking class where burrata is made. A professional cheesemaker reveals his secret ingredients and shares all the details of the cheese-making process.
The indulgence then seems to come to an end, but once at the airport, you once again step into the luxury of your own private plane with all the comforts, drinks and snacks you could want. The fantastic taste of this trip will be long remembered by your company.
