Once you’ve made your choice, Global Aviation confirms the flight and takes care of all preparations. You will receive the full flight information 24 hours before departure. If available, you will depart from a private jet terminal (General Aviation Terminal). Before the flight, Global Aviation will always send you the exact location, where you should arrive 20 minutes before departure. For flights departing from the Benelux, a Global Aviation colleague will be present to personally welcome you.

However, keep in mind that these flights are subject to change and may be canceled at the last minute—posing risks for important business commitments. For this reason, Global Aviation does not recommend them for business trips. Shared private jet options are not offered; you always book the entire aircraft for exclusive use.
